CHRISDJANEE BEAUTY PARLOUR SHOP REFUND POLICY

  • All products sample will be available in shop for testing hence due to hygienic reasons, products bought and taken home cannot be refunded if opened. 

  • Product can be exchanged if not opened and seal is intact.

  • Walk to the shop for Exchange

  • Return the item for Refund using addresses on footer of our pages- Call or send text with your order reference for easy identification.

  • Timeframe for asking for a refund - 7days after Purchase

  • Will the refund be full or partial - Full Refund if Seal is not broken

  • Do you refund in shop or online only -Both but in shop, receipt is needed
