Job Role:

* To organise promotions to boost sales.

* Educating staff and clients on products and self-maintenance for healthy hair based on needs and preference.

* Promoting products and services on social media platforms with an increased to provide a smooth, consistent day to day running of the salon operations

* Good communication and customer service

* Setting and managing individual goals for staff

* Applying good management skills in stock  control/ budgeting organisation of staff/holiday rotas.

To create and maintain ethnic hair styles to a high standard and braiding, sow in weave for European and Afro-Carribean hair textures.

*Wig fitting and maintenance.

*Twist styles using extensions, two strand twists and single twists.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have an NVQ level 4 Diploma in management or a minimum of

3 years proven salon management experience.
